I’m Mitchell Kern, founder of Finley Rose REI, a real estate investing business focused on the Savannah area.
My background is in manufacturing and engineering, and I hold an MBA. My career has taught me to look closely at details, ask questions, and work through problems to find practical solutions. I’m bringing that same approach to building my real estate business.
For me, that starts with listening. Every property owner has different circumstances and priorities. My goal is to understand the situation, communicate clearly, and explore whether there’s an opportunity that makes sense for everyone involved. I value straightforward conversations, respect for people’s time, and following through on what I say.
Finley Rose REI is named after my dog, Finley Rose Kern. It’s a personal name for a business I’m building with care and a long-term commitment.
